Raymond Talese
Ray has been appraising real estate in the Philadelphia region since the early 1990's. He began his career as a staff appraiser for a firm in Blue Bell. After that experience, Ray moved to the more corporate atmosphere of World Savings Bank and most recently Wachovia where he served as a senior staff appraiser and chief review appraiser. Rays has taken his appraisal knowledge across the country and has appraised in Michigan, Texas and Florida. The experience he gained with World and Wachovia afford him a unique perspective on the valuation of real estate and appraisal methodology.
Ray lives in Philadelphia with his wife and, depending on the season, spends time skiing or at the New Jersey shore sitting on the beach.
